Chaplain - Corrections (JAIL)

Part Time Position
(Hourly/benefit eligible position)

 

Minimum Qualifications

APC Board Certified (or eligible)

Previous Chaplain/ministry Experience

 

Desired Qualification: Experience in corrections chaplaincy

 

Skills and Abilities
Provide direct effective chaplain care and/or counsel to clients, taking into consideration multiple elements of cultural and ethnic diversity, social conditions, the client's/family's faith perspective, systems and justice issues.

 

Schedule
40 hours per pay period

Day Shift; Variable days; Occasional weekends

Call Rotation

Hospice House Charge RN
Full Time Position
(Hourly/benefit eligible position)

 

Minimum Qualifications

Current Washington State Registered Nurse's License

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, or equivalent work experience

Hospice, Home Health, Oncology or equivalent nursing experience

3 Years cumulative management level experience

 

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and understanding of the Hospice concept and philosophy.

Leadership skills, including the ability to teach and coach others.

Ability to communicate and respond effectively with patients, families and others in both routine,

and crisis, situations.

Ability to work cooperatively with others and function as a team member.

Ability to write clearly, concisely, and legibly.

Ability to organize tasks; coordinate staffing and manage time effectively.

Computer competence with ability to learn and teach applicable software programs.

 

Schedule
Days of week and hours flexible

Occasional Hospice House Management Call
